This Assessment Screen can be used to identify which sounds a child may have difficulty pronouncing correctly. The assessment screen includes instructions on how to conduct the assessment, question sheets and a sheet to record answers. It also includes information about Speech Sound Development and Phonological Processes Development and at what age any speech errors should be gone. The Screen DOES NOT include any sound programs.
